Response to Royal Commision designed to drive meaningful change for people with disability in NSW

The NSW Government has today released its initial response to the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability, committing to meaningful change.

The NSW Government is today announcing seven new stations will receive upgrades as part of an $800 million election commitment to accelerate accessibility upgrades at stations across NSW.

I warmly congratulate the organisers of Disability Pride Fest held on Sunday 17 September at Ashfield Civic Centre.

For thirty years, Inner West Neighbour Aid has provided invaluable support to older people, people with disability and carers within our local community.

Kenneth George Adderley sadly passed away on 8 July 2021, surrounded by his loving family. Kenneth was a devout supporter of the South Sydney Rabbitohs and loved attending live theatre and music performances.
