Designs for the $40 million upgrade of Sydney’s iconic Leichhardt Oval have been unveiled and the community is encouraged to have its say on the proposal. 

Congratulations to Reverse Garbage on their 50th anniversary! Reverse Garbage is a not-for-profit co-operative dedicated to promoting sustainability through the creative reuse of materials that would otherwise go to landfill.

Congratulations to the Marrickville & District Hardcourt Tennis Club on celebrating its remarkable 70th anniversary! Since its founding in 1955, this club has been a pillar of grassroots sport in the inner west.

I was honoured to recently meet two extraordinary women, Coral Lever and Kimberley Peckham from Nanima Mission, who run the vital mutual aid organisation First Nations Response in Marrickville.
