Jo Haylen, Member for Summer Hill, today called on the Premier to clarify the costs to local residents and businesses following her decision to backflip on the Fire and Emergency Services Levy. 

The Crimes Amendment (Intimate Images) Bill 2017 makes it an offence to, first, record an intimate image without consent; secondly, distribute such an image without the express consent of the person recorded; and, thirdly, threaten to record or distribute an intimate image without consent. 

The State Member for Summer Hill, Jo Haylen MP, welcomed the Labor Opposition’s package on housing affordability, announced over the weekend. The package sets mandatory housing targets that will make available tens of thousands of homes for people on low and middle incomes to rent and purchase.
