Jo Haylen MP, Member for Summer Hill, has called on the Government to commit to Change the Record’s Blueprint to close the gap in indigenous incarceration by 2040. 

Marrickville Legal Centre has had its funding for a domestic and family violence worker restored after funding ceased on June 30. The Centre will receive a $100,000 grant to fund the service following the intervention of Jo Haylen, Member for Summer Hill, and Sophie Cotsis MLC.

These sites should be shut immediately until the investigation is completed and the community can be assured their safety is not at risk.
