A question to the Minister for Lands and Primary Industries: 

  1. Has the Department of Industry signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Property NSW to take control of the lands constituting the Yasmar Estate?

    1. If so:

      1. Does this Memorandum of Understanding allow Property NSW to sell, lease or subdivide the lands constituting the Yasmar Estate?

      2. Will Property NSW sell, lease or subdivide the lands constituting the Yasmar Estate?

      3. Has the Department of Industry consulted with Juvenile Justice NSW, Inner West Council, Haberfield Public School or the Department of Education, the Office of Environment and Heritage, or the Haberfield Association on the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding or the future uses of the site?
