Congratulations to the organisers and neighbours behind the inaugural Sydney Street Fair and Makersville Marrickville Makers Market Trail, a celebration of creativity and community in the Inner West. On Saturday 13 December, Sydney Street Marrickville will come alive as it closes to traffic and opens to makers, artists and visitors for a day of markets, music, food trucks and free workshops. This collaborative project showcases the incredible talent and innovation of Marrickville's creative precinct, with venues including Among The Trees, Brand Furniture, Rikota Studio, sydneystreet.gallery and Wildwood Designs. The Fair offers something for everyone, from Christmas shopping at handmade stalls to performances for kids and the chance to explore the unique businesses that call Sydney Street home. The Makersville Trail extends the experience across the Inner West, connecting locals and visitors with creative spaces and makers.
