This year's Sydney Fringe Festival continues its contribution to our vibrant community and arts landscape. The Inner West is a hub of creativity, diversity and bold expression, pulsing with the energy of artists and performers. This September, the Inner West Precinct will transform local venues into stages for boundary-pushing theatre and innovative performance art. From the Cabaret Hub at Marrickville Town Hall to the Comedy Hub at the Factory Theatre our precinct showcases artists who challenge conventions and who are on the cutting-edge of cultural exploration. Sydney Fringe brings economic benefits and cultural enrichment and reinforces what we've always known - the Inner West is where art comes alive. I commend outgoing CEO Kerri Glasscock for 12 transformative years and welcome new CEO Patrick Kennedy.
