I move that this House:

1. Acknowledges the vital role the Addison Road Community Centre has played in the inner west since 1976, both as rare public open space and as the home to countless social service organisations.

2. Notes that the centre is a source of support for marginalised and vulnerable people, including refugees, migrants, indigenous Australians and people with disability.

3. Calls on the Minister for Industry, Resources and Energy to facilitate and fund the necessary electricity asset upgrades to keep the centre open.
