A question to the Minister for Multiculturalism and Disability Services:

1. How does the NSW Government respond to claims from the Commonwealth Minister for Cities, Urban Infrastructure and Population that up to 45 percent of permanent migrants could be required to spend years in regional areas or small states?
2. How does the NSW Government support new migrants settling in regional communities in NSW?
3. In response to the Commonwealth Minister’s proposal, will the NSW Government provide greater support to newly arrived migrants settling in regional NSW?
