Congratulations to the St Vincent de Paul Society St Paul of the Cross Conference Dulwich Hill on celebrating one hundred years of service. For a century, this Conference has embodied faith, generosity, and compassion, supporting individuals and families with essential assistance, a friendly face and listening ear. Their work reflects the very best of community spirit, grounded in person-to-person care through home visitation and practical support. Thirty-five dedicated St Vincent de Paul Society volunteers currently continue this legacy of service across the Conferences of Ashbury, Ashfield, Dulwich Hill, Haberfield, Lewisham and Summer Hill. Your work — supported by the Burwood Volunteer Support Centre — provides vital person-to-person assistance to individuals and families facing hardship. Thank you to Regional President Cathy Nelson-Smith; Dulwich Hill Conference President Christina Alam, a key organiser of the centenary celebrations; and Maurice Maneschi, whose contribution to the choir enriched the Festival Mass. Thank you to Conference Presidents Louise Murphy, Peter Doyle, Chris Coad and Phillip McNamara, and to every volunteer, past and present, whose dedication has built this amazing legacy. Congratulations on this milestone. Thank you for everything you continue to do for our community.
