A question to the Minister for the Environment, Minister for Local Government, and Minister for Heritage:
- Considering that over 500 million plastic straws are used daily worldwide, and that straws are one of the top ten items littering our marine environment, what is the Government doing to ban single-use straws?
- Have you met with The Boomerang Alliance, the Last Straw Campaign, or any other organisations in relation to this matter?
