Jo Haylen, Member for Summer Hill, moves that this House:

  1. Calls on the Government to immediately release the Russell Report.

  2. Condemns the Government for setting tolls on the Northconnex and Westconnex so that they increase above the CPI.

  3. Expresses its opposition to the imposition of tolls on the Westconnex for existing trips that have (lever been tolled, such as the journey from Auburn to Olympic Park).

  4. Condemns the Government for concealing information from the public by exempting the Sydney Motorway Corporation and its Westconnex project from the freedom of information provisions of the Government Information Public Access Act.
