A question to the Minister for Roads, Maritime and Freight:

  1. What was the total amount paid by Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) to acquire the former sites owned by Muirs on Parramatta Road, Haberfield?
  2. Will this residual land be returned to the community as legacy land at the conclusion of construction for the M4-M5 project?

  3. Will this residual land be offered to Inner West Council, as is the case with other legacy land lots identified for the M4 East project?

    1. If not, what will be the proposed future use of the sites?

  4. Why did the RMS purchase the Muirs sites when it is unclear what is required in Haberfield and Ashfield for the M4-M5 Link project?
