I move that this House:

1. Expresses its sympathies to the families of the two young people who died at the festival event held in Penrith.

2. Notes the establishment of an expert panel a consider health and safety issues at music festivals.

3. Supports calls from sixty music industry and health and safety organisations or individuals to include a music industry representative on the panel.
