- What legal affect will the Department of Planning’s “character statements” have on the determination of the Sydenham to Bankstown Urban Renewal strategy?
- Will the proposed statements incorporate recommendations that councils will be forced to integrate into amended Local Environment Plans? Will the Sydney Planning Panel or Greater Sydney Commission have to refer to or incorporate these character statements? How?
- How will these character statements impact development approvals along the corridor?
