A question to the Minister for Health: 

1. In each of the past ten calendar years, how many complaints about sexual harassment, assault or vilification on the basis of sexuality or gender have been lodged by staff within NSW public hospitals against other staff?
2. In each of the past ten calendar years, how many complaints about vilification on the basis of race have been lodged by staff within NSW public hospitals against other staff?
3. In each of the instances above, how many investigations have been launched?
4. In each of the instances above, how many investigations have resulted in (a) disciplinary action and (b) termination from a NSW hospital?
5. In each of the ten years above, how much financial compensation has been paid by NSW hospitals to victims?
