That this House:

1. Notes 13 February 2021 marks the 13th anniversary of the National Apology to Australia's Indigenous peoples.

2. Notes there is much more to do to act on the intentions of the Apology, including reducing the over-representation of Indigenous peoples in the criminal justice and child protection systems and lifting access to housing, healthcare, education and economic participation.

3. Calls on the Government to reaffirm its commitment to supporting First Nations people in the Australian Constitution and to take concrete action towards Makarrata with First Nations people in New South Wales.
