On the next sitting day, I will move that this House: 

1. Notes that the government has shut down the Inner West Light Rail forcing thousands of residents, workers and students onto slower replacement buses for up to a year and a half;
2. Notes all twelve of the CAF Urbos 3 tram sets that the Government paid Spanish manufacturers almost $40 million for are cracked and the service has been decommissioned;
3. Condemns the NSW Government’s failed procurement policies, which time and time again leave NSW passengers paying the price.
