Labor MP Jo Haylen today spoke up in defence of the Safe Schools Coalition in the NSW Parliament.

Haylen spoke out during a debate brought on by the tabling of a petition calling for the program to be banned from NSW Public schools.

At the same time, Jo Haylen MP, Trish Doyle MP, Julia Finn MP, Penny Sharpe MLC and Tim Crakanthorpe MP, also issued a message to LGBTIQ youth, calling on them to “stay strong” and know they are “loved and valued.”
