hat this House:

  1. Notes that the Government continues to push ahead with the privatisation of disability services in New South Wales, including the transfer of the Summer Hill Centre.

  2. Raises the serious concerns of parents over the transfer, including what they believe is the failure of the Government to account for the acute medical needs of their children who are resident at the centre.

  3. Notes the current parliamentary inquiry into the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the provision of disability services in New South Wales.

  4. Calls on the Government to halt the tender of the Summer Hill Centre until the parliamentary inquiry has tabled its findings.
