A question to the Deputy Premier, Minister for Regional NSW, Minister for Skills, Minister for Small Business:

1. Of the 46 operators whose contracts were cancelled from the Smart and Skilled scheme for failing to train students, were any located in the Summer Hill electorate?
   1. If so, how many?
2. Across the scheme, how much of the $31.5 million involved has been reclaimed?
3. Has the Government commenced legal action against any of the operators who were removed from the scheme?
