That this House:

1. Calls on the Government to confirm that 3 metre noise walls will be installed along Wattle Street, Haberfield, prior to any other demolition or construction work commencing, as is required under the Construction Noise and Vibration Management Plan issued as a Condition of Approval for Westconnex.

2. Notes that Haberfield residents are alleging breaches in the conditions of approval, including poor management of asbestos, dust and noise.

3. Calls on the Government to confirm that no conditions of approval have been broken, only weeks after work has commenced for Westconnex.
