I give notice that on the next sitting day I will move that this House:

1. Notes issues continue to plague Bupa aged care facilities across New South Wales, with facilities in Tamworth, Banora Point and Tumut found to have failed standards by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
2. Notes growing community concern about Bupa aged care facilities and the fear that residents will be moved to New South Wales hospitals and health facilities in the event that they close or fail to improve standards.
3. Calls on the Minister for Sport, Multiculturalism, Seniors and Veterans and the Minister for Health and Medical Research to confirm they are acting to mitigate the growing crisis in Bupa aged care facilities across New South Wales and to protect older people living in these facilities and their families.
