Congratulations and thank you to Bridget Raffal, a remarkable woman who exemplifies excellence in both hospitality and advocacy within our Inner West community. Bridget manages the exceptional wine list at Where's Nick Wine Bar in Marrickville, bringing her extensive expertise as a respected sommelier to our local hospitality scene. With over 15 years in the wine industry and serving as Vice President of Sommeliers Australia, she has elevated wine culture throughout our community. Bridget is a passionate advocate for change. In 2021, she co-founded Women and Revolution, a charity dedicated to addressing gender inequality in the wine and hospitality industries. Women and Revolution has been so successful that the organisation was awarded the inaugural Culture Change Champion at the most recent Good Food Guide awards. Bridget fights tirelessly for safer hospitality workplaces, ensuring women can work with dignity and respect. She represents the very best of our community - someone who excels in her field while using her platform to create positive change for others. Her dedication shows that great wine and even greater principles make the perfect pairing!
