I congratulate Addi Road on holding their wonderful Addi Road Writer's Festival, which is now in its fourth year. I encourage everyone to get down to Addi Road in Marrickville on 23 November to enjoy this family-friendly and social day for everyone; authors, performers and audiences alike. Thank you to this year's festival Artistic Directors, Sheila Ngoc Pham and Mark Mordue, who are supported by Addi Road CEO Rosanna Barbero and Inner West Mayor Darcy Byrne. This year's theme is 'Cost of Living' and will feature talks and panels about books, writing, politics and ideas, accompanied by spoken word and music performances on site at the Addi Road community centre. There will be something on offer everyone and plenty of room for picnics and play. Food, drinks and coffee will be on-site with mobile cafes, vegan food and a sausage sizzle. Get down to Addi Road on 23 November to enjoy this unique and thought-provoking festival! All proceeds will go to Addi Road Food Relief.
