Mike Baird and the Liberals have passed new strata laws that allow anyone to buy and evict a homeowner without their agreement or an agreed price. Previously, all owners had to agree to sell, or to knock down and rebuild. Now only 75% have to agree. All homeowners should have the right to choose if they want to sell their property, and at what price.
