That this House:

1. Notes the dangerous intersection of West Street and Railway Parade, Petersham, and the safety risks to students travelling to and from Petersham Public School each day.

2. Notes parents and students have campaigned for years to improve the intersection, which have been largely ignored by the Government.

3. Calls on the Minister for Transport and Roads to urgently investigate and make a firm commitment to improve pedestrian safety to keep Petersham Public School students safe.
