A question to the Minister for the Environment, Minister for Local Government, and Minister for Heritage:
- Is it correct that 82 per cent of reserves established in the NSW Koala Strategy are already designated Forest Management Zones for the protection of koalas?
- Is it correct that only two per cent of the land set aside as reserves are deemed high-quality koala habitat?
- Is it correct that eight of the 12 sites will continue to allow hunting of feral animals?
- Considering the above, how is the strategy going to protect koalas?
