A question to the Minister for Multiculturalism and Minister for Disability Services:

1. Considering the proposed tender of services at the Summer Hill Centre, has the Department of Family and Community Services given a written commitment that they will underwrite the shortfall between the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding and costs for maintenance and management of the service and assets at the Centre?
   1. Has any form of commitment to the above been made to potential tenderers or to families and residents at the Centre?
