Jo Haylen moves that this House:

1. Notes that LGBTI people from migrant, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and Indigenous backgrounds often face additional discrimination and pressures to other LGBTI Australians.
2. Notes with interest that the Victorian Government is providing $500,000 in grants over the next four years to assist LGBTI people from migrant backgrounds challenge homophobia and transphobia in their communities.
3. Calls on the Government to implement a similar approach in New South Wales, funding programs to overcome homophobia and discrimination in migrant, CALD and Indigenous communities.
