That this House:

1. Notes the disgraceful inaugural speech given by Senator Fraser Anning in the Senate last night, which amongst other things invoked a final solution on immigration.

2. Notes that this racist and misleading speech was rooted in a hatred for a diverse and modern Australia and denied the cultural and economic contribution immigrants make to Australia.

3. Notes that the language of fascism has no place in Australian parliaments, in the media or in society.

4. Condemns Fraser Anning's remarks and reaffirms the strong bipartisan support for multiculturalism and diversity in Australia.
