Jo Haylen moves that this House:

1. Notes the fantastic work that community legal centres do in communities across the State to provide legal advice and services to people in need.
2. Calls on the Government to acknowledge the chronic shortfall in funding to community legal centres.
3. Calls on the Government to consult with Marrickville Legal Centre in the electorate of Summer Hill and other community legal centres across New South Wales about their funding shortfall as a matter of urgency.
4. Calls on the Commonwealth Government to not cut funding to community legal centres from 2017.
