A question to the Minister for WestConnex, Western Sydney and Sport: 

1. Is the Government aware that products at MOITS - a major supplier for road base for the WestConnex project - has again been identified by the Environmental Protection Agency as containing asbestos? 

   1. If so, can the Government guarantee that communities along the WestConnex route have not been exposed to asbestos from products supplied by MOITS?

2. What efforts have been undertaken to protect residents?
