Congratulations to the students from Marrickville High School who participated in the Student Human Rights Forum held at NSW Parliament on 1 September.

This year's Sydney Fringe Festival continues its contribution to our vibrant community and arts landscape.

 I speak today on behalf of the many people in my community who have reached out to me who are living with chronic pain, cancer, PTSD, anxiety and other serious health issues who have found hope and relief through legally prescribed medicinal cannabis.

I would like to acknowledge Debjani (Deb) Sarkar, a remarkable Dulwich Hill local whose work exemplifies community leadership and social justice.
