That this House:

1. Notes that a Labor Government would extend student travel concessions to university and TAFE students who study part-time, or who study full-time online.
2. Recognises that patterns of study have changed dramatically in recent years, with students having to balance work and family commitments with study; and that this should be reflected in the transport concessions available to students.
3. Acknowledges that this will dramatically improve access to public transport and to education, allowing students to focus on their studies and to achieve their full educational potential.
