1. That this House:

    1. Notes that the Government has released its Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed M4-M5 link of WestConnex.
    2. Notes that the EIS indicates that construction will continue in Haberfield until 2022, with the potential for a brand new construction site on Parramatta Road, Ashfield, with four unfiltered stacks in Rozelle and a second unfiltered stack in St Peters.
    3. Notes that at the same time as the Government has moved to sell a 51 percent stake in Sydney Motorway Corporation, drivers are avoiding the tolls on the newly widened M4, entirely undermining the Government's economic modelling for the project.
    4. Calls on the Government to come clean about the failures and deficiencies of the WestConnex project and to finally conclude that WestConnex will not deliver.
