Jo Haylen, Member for Summer Hill, moves that this House:

1. Notes the importance of the Yasmar Estate and Callan Park to the heritage of the inner west and New South Wales.

2. Condemns ongoing neglect of these properties by the Government, which has left the sites dilapidated and under-used.

3. Calls on the Government to invest in these properties as vital public assets and to restore them in accordance with their heritage value and open them for increased public use.
