A question to the Attorney General: 

1. What plans does the Government have to address the exclusion of bisexual, gender diverse and intersex residents from the Anti Discrimination Act 1977?
2. What plans does the Government have to address the discrepancy in the statute of limitations and penalties applied in instances of vilification against gay, lesbian and transgender citizens as opposed to racial vilification?
